For all the world of warcraft players, you can transfer your characters to the Russian Realm from free. The transfer is from European Realm to Russian Realm only. You have until 9th September to do so if you wish to transfer your character.

If you wish to transfer from Russian Realm to European Realm you will need to use the Blizzard’s Standard Paid Character Transfer method.

Below are the requirements:

  • Minimum character level: 10
  • No active auctions or mail in the in-game mail box
  • You can t migrate from a PvE realm to a PvP realm
  • You can t migrate a character to a PvP realm whether you already have a character of the opposite faction on that PvP realm
  • You can t migrate a character to a realm whether you already have 10 characters on that realm
  • You can t migrate as towering as you are the leader of your guild

However, of you are a member of a guild, your membership will be terminated once you transfer your character. Once you have transferred your character, you will need to rename your character. This is to give your character a Cyrillic name and to add declension.

Meanwhile, hunter pets will be renamed according to their creature type and for warlock pets, they will get random cyrillic names.
