Ghost Saber is one of the Hunter Pets in WOW and to get Ghost Saber, you will have to:
make your way up to the northernmost point of Darkshore, where you’ll see a set of ruins with a bunch of naga loitering about. There, on the ground you should be able to find some Cat Figurines just laying about — Keep trying to open them and eventually this ghostly cat will spawn, whereupon you may tame him

You will need at least level 20 to tame Ghost Saber and Ghost Saber is a combat pet so you can summon it to fight for you (about 10 minutes).
