- Patch 3.2 Details Released – Ok, so there are no patch notes yet and there is no PTR either but Blizzard posted some interesting tidbits about the next major patch this week. Patch 3.2: Call of the Crusade will include more Argent Tournament content, an all new battleground, a new arena season and perhaps the most exciting…an all new instance! Crusaders’ Coliseum will have a 5, 10 and 25 man mode and will be very similar to the style of Ring of Blood or Ampitheater of Anguish but even more epic! Now, this I truly cannot wait to see!

- Echoes of War Re-release – The Echoes of War standard edition will re-release on June 16th with brand new artwork! The two-disc version includes epic music tracks from Diablo, Warcraft and Starcraft as played by the Eminence Symphony Orchestra. - Flame Leviathan 2-Manned – So, what do you do when you can’t get a whole group together for Ulduar 10? Well, you take what you’ve got and charge straight in! That’s exactly what Strijder and Bekstinker of Jaedenar-EU did! They charged in and took down Flame Leviathan…with 2 players! It took them more than 20 attempts, but in the end they were victorious! Don’t believe me…I will let the video speak for itself!
- US First Mimiron Hard Mode Kill – The US guild Premonition killed mimiron on hard mode on Friday the 22nd making them the first US guild to have a shot at Algalon! A huge congrats goes out to Premonition and we will be watching and waiting for the US first Algalon kill!
- A Thunder Bluff Zeppelin? – Yes! Finally for all of us who have been waiting for this, we now have hope. It looks as though the main purpose of this will be to fly low level players between Orgrimmar and Thunder Bluff. Anyone who has ever made that run in either direction knows full well it is not only long and tedious but also quite dangerous for lowbies. The best way to travel between the two cities will still by via the flight path connecting them, but this will give players another option especially when the flight path on one side or the other has not yet been discovered! No word yet on when we can expect this to show up in game, but it’s nice to know it will!
- Argent Tournament Mounts – The Argent Tournament Mounts were updated with last week’s patch. The mounts which players had purchased prior to the patch going live are already sporting the “new” look. For those looking to get their hands on as many mounts as possible whether for achievements or just for bragging rights, the older style mounts will be available from the Argent Tournament vendors for 5 Champions Seals and 500 Gold as long as players meet the faction frienly requirements. If you want to get into the Argent Tournament to start stockpiling rep, mounts and gear make sure you check out Dugi’s Dailies and Events Guide…it has everything you need!
- Good News for Hunters – Well-geared hunters everywhere can rejoice, we’re getting buffed! According to a blue post hunter DPS is too low as it sits so the damage of all ranged weapons with an item level of 226 and higher is being increased by 30 DPS. This includes drops from Kel’Thuzad-25 and Ulduar-25, as well as Furious Gladiator gear and Ulduar-10 hard modes. This is estimated to result in an overall DPS increase for the hunter of “a few percent”. Blizzard also states in the post that hunter DPS will likely need more improvement and that there is another buff they will be trying to roll out “soon”. As always we will keep you posted!
- WoW Trading Card Game Expansion Released - The WoW TCG has released it’s latest expansion called Arena Grand Melee. This expansion brings with it a different experience than players have ever had before with new cards which call for some real life acting to the “steamwheedle Casino” which requires players to “gamble and maybe win additional cards. - BlizzCon Tickets – Now, we all know that there are to be more tickets on sale this Saturday for BlizzCon ’09. As of the time of this newsletter there are no more details available.
