With the upcoming new release of the newest expansion pack, The Mists of Pandaria, for World of Warcraft and all the other upcoming events and activities that will be hold in the later part of the year, maybe Blizzard thought that it would be best to focus on these things first.

It may sound disappointing to countless players, gamers and fans of the World of Warcraft for having heard of the cancellation of the BlizzCon. However, Blizzard has said that there are still other major gaming tournaments and other great events for them to look forward to. The cancellation may be disappointing and devastating for some people who have been waiting for annual convention. But, the brighter side of it is that there are a number of upcoming events and activities to expect.

There are also some noticeable changes that this fourth expansion pack, The Mists of Pandaria, has to offer to the public. It has a new race which is known as the Pandaren. This new race is actually described as one character that resembles panda. Blizzard Entertainment has already explained as to why the Pandaren resembles pandas.

Blizzard Entertainment wants to compete and challenge the players in other countries especially in China. The company has found out that there are an increasing number of players and fanatics in this side of the world. In order to market to the growing population, Blizzard came up with the idea to characterize the new race with those familiar and common to the place. Hence, the new race, the Pandaren, has a common distinction with the pandas that are only found in China.

Another noticeable thing that is available in the Mists of Pandaria is the new talent system that every player will face in the World of Warcraft. The new talent system 2.0 is actually far different from the old one. However, the new talent system is greatly simplified. In fact, in the brand new priest talent tree, there are truly some noticeable changes that will greatly impact the characters.

There are even reviews that support the big changes in the World of Warcraft, The Mists of Pandaria. It has more real choices compared to the old talent trees. In fact, in every tier of the talent tree, there are some valid choices that truly make a character think hard as to what he wants. With this wide array of choices, it just shows that a character can be easily build up by considering every talent option in every stage or tier in The Mists of Pandaria.

The new race which is the Pandaren is being introduced in The Mists of Pandaria. This new race actually resembles pandas. There is also a new class, the Monk class, which is considered as a hybrid class. This new class, the Monk, can perform various activities such as tanking to DPS and even healing. These new features are some of the noticeable changes that are incorporated in the new expansion pack for World of Warcraft.

Aside from the new race, the Pandaren, and the new class, the Monk, there are also other revealing and exciting features in the Mists of Pandaria. One of these new features is that the new expansion pack has a new talent tree set up and class specific talents. In The Mists of Panderia, a player can pick a certain tree and actually go down it. This function is not available in the previous expansion packs.

In addition, with the new expansion pack, a player has now 18 different talents wherein in each tier, three are made available. In the previous expansion packs, a player has the choice to pick the talents which best suit him. So, this means that in every fifteen levels of the game, a player can pick up a talent but he can get a whole lot more passive abilities due to having various talent points that he used to have while playing the game. Also, the Mists of Pandaria has six new zones which have different and new dungeons and raids that a player can conquer and explore.

There are some people who are wondering about Mists of Pandaria. There are new characters involve which actually resembles pandas. Also, the fourth expansion introduces martial arts which some people call a strange choice. There are several reviews claiming and stating that this new expansion of the World of Warcraft is something not expected. This means that Western gaming options are not totally welcomed in the China market.

That is why, Blizzard is incorporating the new changes in the fourth expansion with the panda resemblance and with martial arts. There may be some people who are skeptical about the changes. But, Blizzard remains strong and stringent that the China market is increasing and developing. Hence, time will tell whether the fourth expansion lives up to its expectation.

When a person logs in to the World of Warcraft, he is required to create his own character. There are actually two opposing sides which a person can choose from. He can choose whether for Alliance or for Horde. The Alliance comprises of the typically good side or race. On the other hand, the Horde comprises of the bad or evil race.

A person can choose as a Draenei, Dwarf, Gnome, Human, Night Elf, or Worgen as a member of the Alliance. With the release of the fourth expansion, Mists of Pandaria, a person can also choose as a Pandaren. As a member of the Horde, a person can choose as a Blood Elf, Goblin, Orc, Tauren, Troll, Undead and even Pandaren.

After a person chooses his race and member, he is then required to choose his class which is kind of like a job title. The class determines how the person plays the game. With the release of the Mists of Pandaria, there are now 11 classes which include Death Knight, Druid, Hunter, Mage, Paladin, Priest, Rogue, Shaman, Warrior, Warlock, and Monk.

These are actually the steps in which a person can create his own character in the World of Warcraft. But, there are truly more surprises and exciting features of the game. In fact, after creating and choosing a race, member and class, a person can now start with his quest and Warcraft adventure.
