Blizzard Entertainment developers are towing the new expansion of WOW: Mist of Pandaria into its game brain garage to give it an overhaul. Greg Street, the lead systems developer, said so himself. Such bold move of introducing an expansion and new system to deal with will give the WOW players the opportunity to experience a new leeway as the story of the game goes along. According to Steet, the developers had a fun time in redeveloping and providing a rehash on one of the most essential pieces of the World of Warcraft game. In order to accomplish such changes, the lead systems developer himself asks the players their complaints on how the WOW franchise was played and made for the past seven years and these data are used to generate a new game development plan for such new expansion.

The big change of Cataclysm, of course, is in the talent system. In the past you would get 71 talents to spend (at level 80) and you couild place those talents in any of the three specs (Arms, Fury, and Protection.) With WoW 4.0 you get a total of 41 points at level 85. Also, and this is really the big change, at level 10 you pick your spec and then you remain with that spec, and only that spec, until youi have spent 31 points. So you pick Arms, for example. All of your next 31 talent points (which you will get at level 69) will go into Arms talents. After that you can move into the other specs.

The other big talent change for World of Warcraft Cataclysm Warrior, and all others, is that you get some unique abilities when you pick your spec and you get access to a “Mastery” ability (from your trainer at level 80.) Mastery has unique effects for each class and each spec and those effects boost a primary mechanic of your spec. All of these special abilities, including Mastery, are in addition to the general class abilities.

With your Warrior, what’s the difference between specs? Arms is the precise warrior who uses two handed weapons and is frequently the build most favored for PvP. Fury is the berserker spec with flashing dual weapons and talents that focus on being “enraged.” Its probably the most common leveling build. The Protection Warrior is the “tank.” Their damge isn’t the best (though it’s not bad,) but their defenses allow them to stand up to some pretty serious assaults and they’ll be the main guy (or gal) in front of that raid boss.

For Arms, the special abilities are: Mortal Strike, which does damage and reduces healing on the opponent; Anger Management, which gives your warrior more Rage; Two Handed Weapon Specializationwhich increases your damage with two-handers; and Mastery: Strkes of Opportunity, which gives you extra attacks.

Fury’s set of specials is as follows: Bloodthirst provides a small heal along with a damaging attack; Dual Weild Specialization increases the damage done by your off-hand weapon as well as your total damage; Precision increases your chance “to hit” with your weapons; and Mastery: Unshackled Fury makes youi into even more of a berkerker by increases the effects of allof your “enraged” abilities..

For the Protection spec, you’ll get the following specials: Shield Slam, which smacks the opponent for some damage and builds a lot of threat; Sentinel makes your blocking more effective and also gives you a pretty fair chunk of stamina; Vengence increases your attack power as you take damage; Your Mastery ability, Critical Block, makes your blocking more effective and is further imporved by increasing Mastery rating.

Which is the best spec? That depends on what you want to do and It also depends on which buffs and nerfs Blizzard has been posting recently. Once spec will be great at one point, then the nerfs hit or something changes and now the other spec “is best.” If Fury is the best PvP spec now it isn’t so far ahead that a more skilled Arms Warrior won’t kick his… you get the idea.

Generally speaking, Fury is the “best spec” for leveling and Protection is the only spec if youi’re going to be the Tank. All the rest is up for argument. Do you just want the best spec for damage in dungeons? This week it might be Arms, but after the next patch it may or may not be Arms. Keep up to date on WoW’s patch notes, and the coming changes, keep experimenting, change your build when patches force you to do so, and you’ll be right up there with the best.

If you want to get leveled as quickly as possible, maybe to join your friends at higher level or get to the end-game content sooner, you might find the number of quests and objectives to be daunting. By following a few rules, though, you can greatly speed up your leveling, regardless of class or faction. The quickest way to get leveled, of course, is with a professionally created product, like the Zygor Guide, but that’s only for the people who really need to get to max level ASAP.

There are a few time wasters that you need to be aware of. PvP is great fun (for many of us,) but it doesn’t help you get leveled. Shopping is also fun, especially if you have a full wallet, but it doesn’t get you to 80 any faster. Hanging around town, lying about your exploits with your pals, spreading malicious rumors about the other faction, won’t get you to 80 or 85 any sooner. Not that you shouldn’t slaughter them at every opportunity or inform your associates about just how slimey the other side really is, just be aware of the time cost.

Next, WoW has a couple of things that multiply your experience gained. The first is “rest XP.” Log out in an Inn and when you come back to that character you will get the bonus XP. The longer you stay in the Inn then the longer the XP lasts. The other is Blizzard’s Recruit-a-Friend program.   What this does is link your account to your “friend’s” and then the two of you team up, kill together, and get three times the normal XP.

Besides the faster XP from Recruit a Friend, teaming will speed your leveling because, even though the basic XP gain is smaller, you will have less downtime in addition to killing things a lot faster. This gives you a big advantage over going solo. Of course, to make this teaming thing work, you do have to have a compatible partner.

Skip the crafting professions, for now, since they’ll slow you down. If you have enough gold then go ahead and skip the gathering professions. Control the time wasting activities and you’ll move faster. marketing your loot is another time waster, but you have to do it. Make a “banker” character, which will live at the Auction House (AH.) When your bags are full of loot you just stop by the nearest mailbox instead of making the trip to the big city. Post your stuff to the AH when you log into the banker. Make sure you always have the biggest bags that you can get your greedy little paws into. You’ll be able to collect a lot more loot before returning to that mailbox.

Be aware of what skills are coming up next (you can go to Thottbot.com for a list) and skip that trip to town to train if there’s nothing interesting coming up. Lots of people buy new gear every time they can, but you don’t need to do this. It’s fine to wait a few levels before upgrading your gear. Certain classes are, of course, a little more gear dependent than others, but even the most dependent can wait three or four levels between upgrades.

Grinding isn’t nearly as fast as questing, if you group your quests properly. When you hit a new area grab all the quests you want and then group them by area. Any quests that are in the same area will be done at the same time. If you’re going to hit a dungeon try to get as many dungeon quests as you can. If you want to go into the big city then save all your city quests for that time. The worst way to go is to do one quest that takes you all over the place, then hand it in and do another which hits the same areas.

Just by organizing your time and following a few easy steps you will greatly improve your leveling speed. An expert leveling guide will really speed things up,  but even without one you’ll still have fun and be faster than most people. And isn’t that the point?

Every time that new content is added, hunters in particular hold their breath, because there are usually nerfs coming as well. This patch is no exception and the opinion on whether hunters are more balanced or less, depends upon who you are. On the bright side the new equipment is likely to make up for any nerfs, and the rare pets to be found in the Firelands are one more incentive to brave the Firelands, as if PvE players needed more incentive.

What may be the most significant change for those who prefer player versus player play styles is the change to PvP equipment in season 10. Up until 4.2, new top tier sets, had new names and increased stats. With this newest content addition, the name is the same but the ilevels have increased and the tooltip shows whether the item is season 9 or season 10.

An example of this Battleground change would be found in the Bloodthirsty gear. Crafted Bloodied sets now identified as Bloodthirsty sets in season 9 were ilevel 338. The activation of Rage of the Firelands and season 10 changed things and Bloodthirsty equipment crafted after season 10 started is ilevel 352 but recipe requirements are the same.

Many PvP fans felt that PvP tier sets were simply too easy to acquire in previous seasons. Some battleground and arena players claim that Blizzard has stepped up to the plate requiring more, but giving more in the way of stats. The additional boost to crafted battleground equipment is also welcomed by many players.

Rage of the Fireland can certainly be a breath of fresh air for players and the tip; don’t stand in the fire may well be even more pertinent than ever before. Fresh level 85 players will normally require a lot of preparation such as heroics and dailies to obtain sufficient equipment to survive the Fireland raids. Battlegrounds have changed as well and fresh 85s may be able to increase their survivability in BGs a little faster and use their crafted PvP equipment longer.

WoW hunter gear patch 4.2 offers a new approach to gear sets and increased ilevel for PvP focused players. PvP equipment will require more wins and battlegrounds to obtain than in previous seasons. PvE equipment has been similarly upgraded and raids and reputation are going to be required to obtain the best gear.

Just recently i have begun playing world of warcraft again on my new laptop and lately and have been getting bluescreen error whilst playing and have no idea what to do.

I have looking all across google for solution and a lot of the time it says reinstall drivers, i have gone to my laptop manufactures website and typed in my exact spec of my laptop and it comes up with a big list and i don’t know which one i should reinstall and and where to uninstalll that one in the first place.

How my blue screen appears- I would be playing fine for an hour or two and then my game would freeze and go straight to blue screen, then my computer would restart and act just as normal except says that there was a problem and window has restored it back to normal or something like that.

I have done system restore, defrag, disk cleanup, i’ve uninstalled a lot of thing and even reinstalled world of warcraft.

so any help would greatly appreciatedted
