The World of Warcraft (WoW) has taken the world captive once more with its controversial new expansion, Mists of Pandaria (MoP). Many avid fans were skeptic on whether to welcome the latest expansion with their arms wide open. Still, the online market scene labels WoW as the reigning MMO online game.  This is a testament that despite the panda’s appearance, the game still stirs a great fire and fighting in the hearts of every WoW fanatic out there. Let us take a close look at what MoP offers the fans and what they think about it.

For starters the Pandas are crawling all over the forgotten place deep in Azeroth or as what Blizzard Entertainment would like us all to believe. This playable race are so adorable that even women and kids who do not even play WoW’s previous expansions would truly like to try it out this time. The Pandaren race governs the game and introduces the power of martial arts together with the new Monk class. Truly a Kung Fu Panda style kind of feature embedded in a powerful MMo franchise. This points out that Blizzard has turn the fighting of blood thirsty killings either via PvP or PvE into a playful yet still with challenging battlegrounds to conquer and govern.

However, the game does not actually focus on the sweet and cute panda race but it points out new adventures and systems that the older WoW expansions did not actually cover. A level cap was increased to 90 making it challenging and rewarding all at the very same time for both older and casual players alike. The entire content is also a fresh ground to explore. But what the players are noticing is the new twist made to the mistweaver feature.

This is not quite a new idea to be installed by Blizzard Entertainment to the WoW universe of players when it comes to setting up the indirect healing. Vanilla shadow priests and atonement talent are few examples of this introduced in Cataclysm. These were also viewed as experiments that totally lacked the feasibility for a more direct healing process for the characters to experience and players to play a little trick on. Now on Mists of Pandaria, despite its juvenile state, indirect healing is rising beyond its novelty status. How so?

Monk attacks, for starters, do give indirect healing as players throws in their plays a mistweaver. This gives an ample opportunity for the players to hone their windwalker skill rotation which makes it an easy healing transition. However, the game system still warrants the mistweaver to provide direct healing when the situation calls for it. Other healing prowess to include: soothing mists, is considered to be a channeled skill that gets to heal at a single target in a prolonged duration. This may cause you damage skills as you wait to channel such healing mists. But do not despair as an emergency heal known as the suging mists will come to your rescue. This basically synergizes with the soothing mists that becomes an instant cast spell. Basically, the foundation of the mistweaver lies in your credible decision making skill on when to whether cast a direct or indirect healing power.

Blizzard Entertainment definitely has incorporated freedom in the players’ hands as if they have lack such provision ever since the whole WoW franchise has started. But then again, this is what is great about the WoW creators. They truly love their community of players that they would do their best to cater all their requests for the good of WoW and for the love of the game. Don’t be left out, get your chance to be part of this reigning community! Play World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria now!
