A quest helper is an world of warcraft addon that helps you finish quests in the easiest and fastest way possible. It does this by having all quest information and location in a database.
Certain quest helpers such as Dugi’s Ultimate WoW Guide automatically shows you the most efficient order to complete the quest, so that you doesn’t waste any time leveling.
This makes it possible even for the common player to get to Level 80 in 6 days without cheating or risk getting banned as you will with those power leveling services. (yes, it happens quite often even if the leveling service seem very professional).

A few people are of the opinion that these quest helpers are ruining the fun of the game since all you need to do is to follow an arrow and click through the quests without reading the questline.
